**Conditions for refund of 5000 INR (approx. cost to register for IICA accredited Independent Director Certification exam):
Student should complete "The BoardRoom Mentors" course within 12 months of registering for first module, and
Enroll for IICA certification within 6 months of start of "The BoardRoom Mentors" course's first module, and
Provide documentary evidence of failing certification post expiry of IICA's one year timeline for the certification test, and
Provide documentary evidence of 3 failed attempts at the test, within one month of the failed attempt.
