**Conditions for refund of 5000 INR (approx. cost to register for IICA accredited Independent Director Databank Certification exam):
Student should complete "The BoardRoom Mentors" course within 12 months of registering, and
Student should have "The BoardRoom Mentors Director Certification" that is provided on completion of all the course modules and quizzes, and
Student should enroll for IICA certification within 6 months of registration in "The BoardRoom Mentors Director Certification" course, and
Provide documentary evidence of not certifying despite 3 failed attempts, post expiry of IICA's one year timeline for the certification test.
